The Advanced Journal of Science and Innovation (AJSI) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Canadian Academy for Science and Innovation (CASI Inc).
AJSI publishes original, high-quality, and ethically conducted research at the intersection of Business and Management, Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence. The journal aims to advance interdisciplinary knowledge and evidence-based innovation by promoting research with clear theoretical, methodological, practical, industrial, societal, or policy relevance.
The journal welcomes contributions that examine contemporary challenges and emerging developments in the following broad areas:
Business and Management: strategic management, entrepreneurship, innovation management, organizational behavior, operations and supply chain management, digital transformation, sustainability, business analytics, finance, marketing, and public or nonprofit management.
Engineering and Technology: engineering design, industrial and manufacturing systems, information and communication technologies, smart systems, sustainable engineering, automation, quality management, and technology-driven solutions to real-world challenges.
Artificial Intelligence and Data-Driven Innovation: machine learning, data science, intelligent systems, natural language processing, computer vision, decision-support systems, AI governance, responsible AI, and applications of AI in business, industry, engineering, education, healthcare, and society.
AJSI particularly encourages interdisciplinary research that integrates business, engineering, and artificial intelligence to address complex problems and contribute to sustainable, inclusive, and technologically enabled innovation.
The journal considers original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, methodological papers, empirical studies, theoretical or conceptual articles, case studies, and selected short communications. All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.
Each submission undergoes an initial editorial assessment for relevance, originality, methodological soundness, and compliance with the journal’s policies. Manuscripts that pass this stage are evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process by at least two independent reviewers with relevant subject expertise. Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief or an authorized editor based on reviewer reports, editorial assessment, and the journal’s ethical and quality standards.
